Bespoke Storytelling

The best story they'll ever read is the one they're in.

A hardcover chapter book, written and illustrated for your family — where the hero is your grandchild.

Written just for them. Delivered in days.

LITERARY REALMS

Not personalized. Commissioned.

This isn't a template with a name dropped in. Each book is an original work of adventure fiction, written from scratch around your grandchild — their name, their age, the things they love, the world they know.

Their dog makes an appearance. So does the lake house. So do their siblings, if you like.

Six to eight chapters, human written. Optional AI illustrations. Bound in a linen hardcover with a dust jacket and an embossed spine.

The kind of book that gets read aloud at bedtime, asked for again and again.

For the moments that deserve more than a gift card.

A birthday. A holiday morning. The end of a big year. Or no occasion at all.

Sometimes the best reason is simply that you thought of them.

Commissions are completed in 4-5 weeks. If you're thinking about the holidays, now is the time.

HOW IT WORKS

From a conversation to a keepsake.

Every piece begins with the unique personalities, interests, and personal experiences of your family members. I'll pitch you ideas for the type of adventure we want to send your children on. And once the writing is finalized, it's off to the printers and sent to you - ready for the perfect gift giving moment.

01

Tell us about them.

A short intake — their name, their age, what makes them light up. For the full commission, we'll have a proper conversation.

02

Read the first chapter, free.

Within a few days, you'll receive a custom written opening chapter, crafted just for your children. Imagine the excitement they'll have reading the whole story.

03

Commission the book.

I write the full story, illustrate it, and print it as a hardcover with a dust jacket. You give a gift no one else could have given.

WRITING SAMPLE

An Excerpt From A Commissioned Tale

Maddie and Jackson climbed up first ,followed by Carson, into their grandparents’ attic. “Keep the flashlight steady, Jackson.” Maddie commanded. “I just need to unlatch this door and we’re in.”

A cloud of dust launched into the trio’s faces as Jackson’s flashlight illuminated the small crawl space of an attic.

“What are we looking for anyway?” Carson was already bored.

“I heard Grandma and Grandpa whispering about a map. They got a little too quiet when I walked into the room.”

“A treasure map?!” Carson leaped to attention.

“Not sure, but whatever it is, we need to find it.”

Carson pried open the first box he saw. An old wooden crate marked DO NOT OPEN.

“Is it in there?” Maddie asked while Carson unloaded the first of many books in the crate.

“Let’s see… Accounting Practices in the New E.B.I.T.D.A. Era.”

“I don’t think that’s the one.” Maddie grabbed Carson’s flashlight and scanned the room. In a distant corner was a little box, almost completely obscured and blending into it’s surroundings.

“Let’s give that one a try.”

Maddie yanked the box out of it’s hidden corner and dragged it into the middle of the room. More dust exploded as she pried open the top. Inside was a rolled up sheet of paper and some strange looking gyroscope thingy.

Maddie unrolled the paper.

“That doesn’t look like a treasure map.” Carson exhaled his disappointment.

“No. But what is it?”

Maddie traced her finger across the paper, connecting one date to the next.

“What do these even mean? 1962. 1981. 2001. 2017…”

“That’s the year I was born!” Jackson shouted.

“Shhh! You’ll blow our cover.”

Carson grabbed the gyroscope from the box and immediately fumbled it to the floor.

“Carson!” Maddie and Jackson both hushed in unison.

All three grabbed for the gyroscope at the same time and just as their three hands landed on this strange object, it began to glow.

Maddie glanced back at the map as the first date began to ignite! 1.9.6. and as the 2 began to set fire the three grandkids were instantly transported.

“What happened?!” Carson was nearly in tears as they all looked around. Somehow they had found themselves in the Old Campus green of Yale University, the place their grandparents had first met.
